Lower Cape Fear Hospice Foundation is the official fund-raising organization of Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCareCenter, a nonprofit agency that provides professional health care and comfort to people with life-limiting illness and offers hope, support, and education to patients, their families, and the community. The Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, promotes and supports the mission of Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCareCenter through charitable gifts, events, and a perpetual endowment. When you contribute to Lower Cape Fear Hospice Foundation, you become part of a very special group of people who work together to ensure that the best quality of care is available to people in our community with life-limiting illness and their families. All contributions, memorials and honorariums are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
